Rotortrade announced successful delivery of two Airbus H145D3 multirole helicopters to Omni Taxi Aéreo, a leader in the aviation Brazilian market delivering vertical air solutions. This strategic transaction further strengthens Rotortrade’s footprint in South America, further diversifies Omni’s fleet to grow Latin America’s largest civil rotorcraft network, and reflects the deepening of a trusted partnership with both Omni and Milestone Aviation. The aircraft, delivered in early 2025, are H145D3s, recognized for their advanced avionics, mission versatility, and low operating costs. Gabriel Durif, Sales Manager South America at Rotortrade, who led the project commented: "This transaction reflects our continued commitment to offering tailored, high-quality solutions to operators in South America. From negotiations to customization and final delivery, our focus was on responsiveness, transparency, and seamless execution—principles that define our approach.”
The aircraft agreement was developed in collaboration with Omni, Milestone Aviation, and Rotortrade. This multi-party approach ensured alignment across negotiation, inspection, customization, and delivery.
Paulo Couto, CEO of Omni Taxi Aereo stated: “We are delighted to add a new aircraft model to our fleet and expand our service offerings, reinforcing our commitment to tailored solutions to our clients. The H145 light twin helicopter is a safe, reliable, and efficient aircraft designed to meet our customers' operational requirements for offshore passenger transport while having the mission versatility to efficiently deliver on mobility needs in adjacent sectors like Revo. "
